COVID-19 has impacted us all, and we promise to promote simple and effective measures that will minimise the risk of the virus for all. We have implemented the following precautionary actions to ensure that you and your family feel comfortable and safe when engaging with us.

As per recent local government advice, Empire Window Furnishings is pleased to be still operating for business. Here is our COVID-19 response to ensure that we still provide our incredible service in alignment with NSW public health directions:
- FREE online video consultations
- Phone consultations
- Virtual showroom tours
- Contactless in-house consultations
- Contactless installations (see INSTALLATIONS)
Our showroom remains contactable on 1300 950 950 from Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for any questions regarding our products, services or any general enquiry related to window furnishings.
In response to local and federal legislation, we are offering contactless in-house consultation services, employing a variety of safety measures so that you can get the professional in-person advice that you deserve. Safety protocols include:
- Confirming before the consultation that all residents of the property are free of COVID-19 symptoms
- Wearing face masks and gloves at all times whilst on the property
- Best practice hygiene and infection control, including sanitising hands before wearing gloves
- Keeping at least a 1.5-metre distance from you and anyone else at the property at all times
- Sanitisation of Empire Window Furnishings vehicles
- Sending only ONE member of staff
In addition to this, our contactless in-house consultation process includes a FREE measure and FREE quote.
Our team is permitted to proceed with the installation process for the remaining areas in Sydney, in alignment with recent NSW public health orders. We are implementing the following safety measures both before and after any installation:
- Confirming before the consultation that all residents of the property are free of COVID-19 symptoms
- Wearing face masks and gloves at all times whilst on the property
- Best practice hygiene and infection control, including sanitising hands before wearing gloves
- Clean and disinfect all equipment and tools
- Keeping at least a 1.5-metre distance from you and anyone else at the property at all times
- Sanitisation of Empire Window Furnishings vehicles
- Where possible, send only one team member to complete the process
These measures apply to the installation of both internal and external products.
All active orders, including manufacturing, remain. We are continuously working to ensure that these orders are ready for installation as soon as possible.
