  Extremely professional - an excellent experience start to finish. The initial consultation was significantly more professional than others I had - Riad was excellent. David was then great with installation and I’m delighted with the result. It was also reassuring how well organised EWF were from a COVID safety / restrictions points of view. Overall, just felt like a very professional company. Would highly recommend.

  I had vertical blinds installed today on 13/09/2021. The service from the first check and measure to the installation today was fantastic! So professional, cleaning up after himself and all parties involved were prompt and on time for every appointment. The quality of the blinds is a little thinner then I imagine, but still good. Thank you for your service. Highly recommend especially for the cost provided, decent priced.

  Quality product. Professional staff across the board from original consultation with Helen to installation by Bryan. Whole experience seamless. Timings as indicated. Kept us updated definitely recommend Empire. Will use them for other products in the future. Update: we went back to EWF to get some retractable screens and OMG it is like dealing with a very different company. I have contacted the company over a dozen times , included photos, video and the screen is still not working. The closed screen has part of the frame missing so when closed it has nothing to clip in to. Despite a duplicate screen having this part EWF have told me no part is missing. 12 months on and we still don’t have it fixed despite a tradesman coming out and every follow up call someone else is to blame. I would probably not recommend. Service, timeliness, customer service appalling.

  Empire have been out to my dance school business to quote, fit and install window coverings on two occasions now. Both times were a breeze. The turn around was so much faster than any other other company I’ve dealt with in the past and the service was extremely well priced.   Excellent service & really happy with quality & speed of installation. Little more expensive but it worth it as it is made in Australia & installed within 2 weeks from order. Luckily I was quoted by professional sales person " Riad" and superb installer "Sam" . Great team. Thanks Guys!
